We need your help!
This is currently a challenging financial landscape for all schools. In common with the majority of schools, we would like to encourage all parents / carers to contribute as much as you can afford to our School Fund.
If each family in the school were to donate just £5 per month, we could raise nearly £15,000 a year!
There are other ways to support us too, such as purchasing items for us from our Amazon Wish List or directly with another retailer, and putting us in contact with a company that would be willing to donate goods and services that we need.
We appreciate these are very difficult financial times for everyone, but we do hope that you will support us as much as you can.
School Fund
Staffing and general premises costs, supplies and services, essential curriculum supplies and learning resources are funded by the money we receive each year from the Department for Education.
Money raised from the kind donations of parents and carers into our School Fund helps us to provide services and equipment that aren’t covered by our Government funding. School Fund donations will be used to enhance the resources, experiences and learning environment for all the children at Bletchingley Village Primary School.
Examples of how the money will be used include:
- Supplementing library stock
- Additional teaching resources
- Subsidising travel expenses of pupils, eg: field trips, sports fixtures
- Improvement of the school environment
- Subsidising visitors to the school and special events

You can make contributions as a one-off or regular payment and, if you use a method which allows GiftAid, then we can claim back the Income Tax you’ve paid!

Please add Bletchingley School Fund in the notes or email Finance@BletchingleyTLT.co.uk so that the Trust can allocate your donation to Bletchingley Village Primary School’s funds.
If you pay tax, we would be very grateful if you would also complete a GiftAid form. This will allow us to claim an additional 25% back from HMRC. A form can be downloaded by clicking the attachment at the bottom of this page.
